Business Development Experience

I have been a business owner in Maryland for over 25 years. I taught business development and how to start and operate a business at three different colleges in Maryland: Dundalk Community College, Anne Arundel Community College and Community College of Baltimore (CCB), now called Baltimore City Community College (BCCC). I conducted research over a span of years, gathering material to write a book about how to start and operate a business. During a span of 16 years as a host on my show: “The Business Reach-out Forum” on WEAA radio, I interviewed over 200 authors of books about starting, operating and managing businesses. I conducted on-air seminars on business issues, The University of the District of Columbia in Washington DC video-taped me presenting excerpts from my business book, Yes You Can, and used those tapes as teaching material in the college’s business classes.
